Reached my goal yesterday! And surpassed it!! That lunchtime walk was really what I needed to get myself movin’ the rest of the day. Every time I thought to email or IM someone at work I either walked to their desk or ran downstairs and back up again :D. I walked a 2.2 mile loop behind my building in about 50 minutes. By the time I left work I was at 8,000 steps. So I had no choice but to go to the gym after work— even though I REALLY didn’t want to. Winning!
