I said “no thank you” to free CheeZ-its today.
It’s been way too long since I posted. Thank you to all who didn’t give up on me! I’m pretty much right where I started at the beginning of this journey. Except, now I own a condo. And we have painted and cleaned every inch of it!
After reading about the People Slim down magazine I am re- energized about losing weight. I’ve also realized that I suck at maintaining weight. Basically if I’m not focused on losing 95% of the time, I will gain. And be disappointed in myself. Trying low carb/ low sugar since that has worked for my mom!

Sorry I’ve been MIA lately. Work has been crazy. I sprained my ankle don’t haven’t been to the gym in 3 weeks. We bought a condo and have been painting/ cleaning every weekend. We are moving this weekend. I am in rehearsals for a play that opens NEXT week. And I need to memorize my lines. We found a DOG yesterday. Another one! Sigh.
Haven’t been to the gym in a week since I sprained my ankle last Wednesday. Good news is it’s healing. Bad news is I really really miss working out. And I feel jiggly all over… Ugh
