Snuck in an extra 1,000 steps this morning at work. Ran up and down the 3 flights of stairs in my building then out to the parking garage and up and down the 5 flights of stairs and back to my desk. Took all of 7 minutes. No one even noticed I was gone! On track to reach 10,000 steps today

It’s been way too long since I posted. Thank you to all who didn’t give up on me! I’m pretty much right where I started at the beginning of this journey. Except, now I own a condo. And we have painted and cleaned every inch of it!
After reading about the People Slim down magazine I am re- energized about losing weight. I’ve also realized that I suck at maintaining weight. Basically if I’m not focused on losing 95% of the time, I will gain. And be disappointed in myself. Trying low carb/ low sugar since that has worked for my mom!
Will post as I feel inspired!

Sweet pregnant chihuahua puppy we found yesterday. Seriously what is with us finding animals on holidays. We found the German shepherd on st paddys and this little lady on 4th of July. Good news is we found her owner through our local police department. Phew! Another baby reunited with her family.

MIA

Sorry I’ve been MIA lately. Work has been crazy. I sprained my ankle don’t haven’t been to the gym in 3 weeks. We bought a condo and have been painting/ cleaning every weekend. We are moving this weekend. I am in rehearsals for a play that opens NEXT week. And I need to memorize my lines. We found a DOG yesterday. Another one! Sigh.

Sprained ankle = no workout

Haven’t been to the gym in a week since I sprained my ankle last Wednesday. Good news is it’s healing. Bad news is I really really miss working out. And I feel jiggly all over… Ugh
